A Smarter Way to Support Pelvic Floor Health
Hypopressives take a completely different approach to core and pelvic floor training. Instead of asking your clients to “do more” with traditional exercises, hypopressives focus on regulating pressure, improving breathing, and retraining the core and pelvic floor to work naturally and efficiently.
Through posture, breath, and nervous system coordination, this method strengthens support without unnecessary strain or effort. It is used by physiotherapists, women’s health specialists, pilates and yoga instructors around the world.
Hypopressives are backed by research and clinical reasoning, giving you a safe, effective way to help teach clients regain function, confidence, and long-term core and pelvic floor health.
